Johnny Tornado - a young man who dreams of becoming a Formula 1 driver.
During the race, he has an accident and is in hospital. A mysterious masked racer Johnny offers to join the famous Formula 1 team - «Katori Motors». In the following, “a mysterious racing driver” (lead pilot in the same team) helps Johnny to fight on the track, learn new tricks on the road.
